Jack Del Rio deletes Twitter account after January 6 Tweet controversy

Following the controversy from his feedback final week relating to the Capitol rebellion on January 6, Commander’s defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio has deleted his Twitter account.

Del Rio initially commented on the rebellion by way of Twitter forward of congressional hearings, evaluating the rebellion to the protests after George Floyd was killed, which he referred to as “riots”. He later doubled his feedback to the media, resulting in extra public criticism.

“Let’s get straight to what I requested?” Del Rio stated Wednesday. “A easy query: Why will we not take a look at these issues?
